In this pivotal role, Tayla will lead recruitment strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on sourcing top talent for Stagwell’s diverse portfolio of companies, including 72andSunny, Anomaly, Code & Theory, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Tayla’s expertise in stakeholder relations, recruitment marketing, and talent operations will drive Stagwell’s efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Tayla most recently served as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Edelman, where she played a key role in attracting top-tier talent for the Health and Tech PR divisions across the EMEA region. Her tenure was marked by a focus on strategic human resource planning, stakeholder management, and delivering innovative recruitment solutions.
Before joining Edelman, Tayla was a Talent Partner at Major Players, where she partnered with high-growth brands and agencies to enhance their recruitment strategies. Her consultative approach addressed market trends, diversity and inclusion practices, and scalable talent solutions, establishing her as a trusted advisor in the recruitment domain.
Earlier in her career, Tayla held various roles at Major Players, transitioning from Recruitment Resourcer to Associate Consultant and later to Talent Partner. These roles allowed her to gain deep expertise in creative, digital, and tech industry hiring, as well as building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
