London, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Tech Mahindra has elevated Ravi Sharma as Sr. Vice President & Global Head – Microsoft Business, effective January 2026.
In this expanded global leadership role, Sharma will oversee Tech Mahindra’s Microsoft business worldwide, steering strategic alliances, go-to-market acceleration, and billion-plus portfolio growth across enterprise and emerging ecosystems. His elevation reflects the company’s continued investment in strengthening global hyperscaler partnerships and driving AI-led transformation initiatives.
Prior to this appointment, Sharma served as Global Head – Microsoft Business, where he led the global portfolio and implemented “Sell With” and “Sell Through” strategies to deepen market penetration. He also collaborated with venture capital ecosystems to integrate Microsoft technologies into startup funding portfolios, fostering innovation-led growth.
Earlier, he led Tech Mahindra’s Global IBM & Red Hat Business, managing a $300 million portfolio and establishing an advanced innovation lab focused on Generative AI and hybrid cloud solutions. His leadership journey also includes serving as VP Growth Initiatives – IBM & Red Hat Business | EMEA, further strengthening alliance-driven expansion strategies.
Before rejoining Tech Mahindra’s leadership ranks, Sharma founded BizBits.in, a niche consulting venture focused on digital transformation across Media & Entertainment and Global Capability Centres. He previously spent nearly a decade at IBM, where he held multiple senior roles including Associate Partner and Key Accounts Leader, managing strategic enterprise accounts and driving large-scale transformation engagements.
With over two decades of experience across global technology alliances, enterprise consulting, media & entertainment transformation, and strategic ecosystem management, Sharma brings strong visionary leadership and execution depth to his new global mandate at Tech Mahindra.
