Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, March 2026 — Technip Energies has promoted Raja Azurin Sharizat Raja Sukri to APAC People & Culture Director. In this expanded leadership role, Raja Azurin will guide the people and culture agenda across the Asia-Pacific region, supporting organizational priorities around talent strategy, leadership development, and a strong culture of inclusion.
Raja Azurin has been with Technip Energies for over five years, progressing through regional HR leadership roles that span talent management, talent acquisition, and inclusion & diversity. Prior to this promotion, she served as APAC Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Inclusion & Diversity Manager, where she focused on key talent programs across the region, including succession planning, performance management, and broader capability-building initiatives.
Before that, Raja Azurin held the position of HRBP Manager, Malaysia, partnering closely with business stakeholders on workforce planning, employee engagement, rewards and performance management, and HR governance. Earlier in her career, she worked with TechnipFMC as HRBP Manager, Onshore/Offshore Malaysia & Global Functions, gaining extensive experience supporting complex operational environments.
Her professional background also includes HR leadership roles at Nexperia (Employee Relations and Communication Manager), Velesto Energy Berhad (Human Capital Manager), SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad (Business HR Manager – corporate departments), and CIMB Aviva Assurance (Assistant Manager Human Resources), building a strong foundation across employee relations, industrial relations, HR business partnering, and talent-focused programs.
