Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland, March 2025 — Teijo Lallukka has joined Castrén & Snellman as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the firm’s IT strategy, cybersecurity initiatives, and overall technology infrastructure. With over two decades of experience bridging business and technology, Lallukka is set to drive innovation and operational excellence for Finland’s oldest law firm.
Before joining Castrén & Snellman, Lallukka served at UPM as Solution Lead for its cybersecurity development program, focusing on system segregation and security enhancements. In a parallel role as Senior IT Platform Owner, he managed a broad portfolio of database platforms and enterprise systems, overseeing technical consulting and long-term infrastructure planning. Prior to that, he held the position of IT Architect, contributing to the transformation of core systems and IT architecture.
Earlier in his career, Lallukka led consulting and business operations at Miracle Finland Oy as Business Unit Director, and specialized in database and systems management at Intrum, Edita Prima, and Arena Partners. His entrepreneurial ventures, including owning Tmi Teijo Lallukka and his involvement in MTY Välikangas, reflect a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and sustainability.
At Castrén & Snellman, Lallukka will focus on enhancing cybersecurity governance, simplifying IT architecture, and aligning technology initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives. As a member of the executive team, he will play a vital role in shaping the future of legal technology and digital enablement at the firm.
