Hong Kong SAR, November 2025 — Longchamp has welcomed Thierry Kun as its new Head of Human Resources Business Partner – Asia Pacific, a strategic leadership role overseeing Australia, Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan. In this position, Thierry will shape regional people strategies, strengthen organisational capability, and ensure alignment with the Group’s global HR vision while closely collaborating with teams in France.
Thierry most recently served as Director, Talent Acquisition, Global at Rosewood Hotel Group, where he led Managing Director-level hiring and global executive searches. His role also included driving early-career recruitment, strengthening university partnerships, building the employer value proposition, and overseeing vendor management—solidifying his expertise in luxury hospitality talent strategy.
Prior to Rosewood, Thierry held multiple senior recruitment leadership roles at BNP Paribas in Hong Kong, ultimately serving as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC. He managed permanent hiring across the region, championed diversity & inclusion initiatives such as the Returnship Programme and MixCity, and advanced internal mobility frameworks. His earlier tenure as Senior Staffing Specialist further strengthened his command over APAC-wide talent acquisition.
Thierry’s foundational experience in recruitment was shaped at HSBC, where he worked as Senior Recruitment Relationship Manager via Allegis Global Solutions, supporting the bank’s talent strategy across multiple business lines. Before that, he strengthened his recruitment expertise with roles at Robert Walters, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong, and Derwent Executive, giving him a multifaceted view of finance, commerce, and executive search landscapes.
He began his professional career in France with Société Générale as a Financial Advisor, where he gained early exposure to financial services, client advisory, and business relationships—experience that later enriched his HR leadership approach across APAC markets.
