Greater Nuremberg Metropolitan Area, Germany, February 2026 — Thomas Veigel has started a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Paessler GmbH. In this role, he brings HR leadership with a strong business mindset, focusing on embedding performance management, strengthening leadership and change management, and empowering people as key success factors. He is driving operational excellence in HR through scalable structures, data-driven practices, and close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Prior to joining Paessler GmbH, Thomas Veigel served as HR Director at Eviden in Switzerland and Head of HR Business Partner DACH, where he led people and organizational strategy across multiple countries and oversaw a broad portfolio including talent management, performance systems, compensation, and restructuring initiatives.
He previously spent over a decade in senior HR leadership roles at Atos, including HR Director for Central Eastern Europe and Switzerland, Head of Strategic Performance Programs, and HR COO for North America. During this period, he led cross-country workforce transformation, performance improvement programs, and large-scale organizational transitions in complex international environments.
Earlier in his career, he held long-tenured HR and management roles at CENIT AG, followed by experience at Citibank Privatkunden AG & Co. KGaA, building a strong foundation in HR operations and organizational management.
