London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Jason Spivey has joined Investec as Head of People and Organisation for the UK. In this role, he will lead the people strategy and organizational agenda for Investec’s UK operations, supporting the bank’s growth while strengthening its culture and leadership capabilities.
Prior to joining Investec, Jason Spivey served as Managing Director and Group CHRO at UBP – Union Bancaire Privée in the UK, where he led group-level human resources strategy and organizational priorities.
Before that, he held the role of Managing Director and Group CHRO at SG Kleinwort Hambros, overseeing enterprise-wide HR leadership and transformation initiatives. Earlier, he spent over seven years at Lazard, where he led human resources for the firm’s Financial Advisory businesses in Europe and the UK.
A significant portion of his earlier career was shaped at Deutsche Bank, where he held multiple senior global HR leadership roles spanning talent development, diversity, and strategic HR business partnering. He began his HR leadership journey at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers as an HR Business Partner.
Alongside his executive roles, Jason is a Co-Founder and Advisor at Nexus, a community of Chief People Officers working to shape HR policy and standards, and serves as a Board Member at Be the Business.
