Alpharetta, United States, June 2025 – Tina Lewis has assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources, Field Operations & Acquisition Integration at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, the nation’s leader in fire protection, life safety, and security services. In her expanded position, Tina will spearhead the people strategy for field operations, drive acquisition integration, and further strengthen the company’s culture across its 8,000+ employees in 250 locations nationwide.
Tina’s journey at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has been marked by progressive leadership. Most recently, she served as Director, HR (M&A) Integration, leading post-merger people strategy and ensuring seamless HR integration during a period of significant expansion. Previously, as Director, Human Resources for S&S Sprinkler (a Pye-Barker company), she played a pivotal role in building a recognized fire protection leader across the Southern U.S., supporting custom system design, fabrication, and large-scale team operations.
Prior to her time at Pye-Barker, Tina brought strategic HR and organizational development leadership to Austal USA, where as Sr. Manager, Organizational Development & Learning, she was responsible for talent development, performance management, succession planning, and large-scale culture initiatives. Her experience also includes a leadership role as Human Resource Manager, Thomas Hospital at Infirmary Health, where she specialized in employee relations and leadership coaching.
Earlier, Tina’s career spanned over 14 years at EnPro Industries, Inc., where she rose to Corporate Director, Talent & Organizational Development and previously led HR at the Quincy Compressor Division as Vice President and Manager. Her roles encompassed global talent strategies, union relations, organizational design, and extensive workforce development, complemented by her foundational experience in mental health services with Transitions of Western Illinois.
