Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 — Vinod Khandelwal has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer – Product & E-Commerce at Team Pumpkin, a leading integrated marketing and brand communications agency. With over 17 years of experience across product development, sourcing, merchandising, and e-commerce, Vinod steps into a strategic leadership role aimed at accelerating growth for digital-first consumer brands.
Before joining Team Pumpkin, Vinod served as Head of Product & E-Commerce at Springwel Mattresses, where he led the launch of innovative product lines and significantly expanded the brand’s D2C and marketplace presence. His efforts resulted in improved customer satisfaction and notable revenue growth.
Vinod also had a decade-long tenure at @home, Nilkamal Ltd., where he was instrumental in shaping buying and merchandising strategies for home décor and furnishings. He played a key role in the creation and success of the Doctor Dreams mattress brand and helped establish an omni-channel retail experience with enhanced vendor and supply chain partnerships.
Earlier, he served as Director – Home at Jabong.com (Rocket Internet), where he built category strategies, and at Housefull International, Welspun Retail, and other leading firms in merchandising and category management roles, building strong foundations in sourcing, private label development, and customer-centric product design.
In his new role, Vinod will focus on scaling Team Pumpkin’s D2C and lifestyle brand offerings through e-commerce excellence, product innovation, supply chain optimization, and brand repositioning. He will work closely with the leadership to align business goals with long-term value creation, while launching high-margin formats such as EBOs and SIS.
