London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Suzie Ruffley has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at Foresight Group, marking a significant leadership milestone in her nearly nine-year journey with the organization. In this elevated position, Suzie will be responsible for driving global people strategies and enhancing the firm’s sustainability-led culture across its international footprint.
Over the past two years, Suzie held the role of Global Head of People and Sustainable Culture, Managing Director at Foresight Group, where she led strategic initiatives in workforce planning, cultural transformation, and leadership development on a global scale.
Prior to that, she served as Head of People & Culture at Foresight Group for over eight years, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s human capital framework as it scaled its operations and investments across global markets. Her focus on values-driven people practices aligned closely with the firm’s sustainability ethos.
Before joining Foresight, Suzie was the Head of HR Operations Manager at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where she spent nearly three years overseeing HR strategy, operational excellence, and workforce planning in one of the UK’s most iconic institutions.
Earlier in her career, Suzie worked at State Street for over five years in progressive roles, including Senior Compensation Associate and Senior HR Business Partner, where she led initiatives in compensation strategy, job evaluation, and talent management for legal and compliance teams.
