San Diego, California, December 2024 – Todd Roeder has joined SOLV Energy as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where he will lead the company’s national talent acquisition strategy. In this pivotal role, Todd will oversee recruitment, talent assessment, and operational strategies that align with SOLV Energy’s mission to drive innovation and performance in renewable energy solutions.
Todd brings over two decades of talent acquisition and leadership expertise to SOLV Energy. Before joining SOLV, Todd served as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations Partner, where he provided strategic direction and operational support to organizations like Mission Edge and Arabella Advisors. He implemented strategic talent roadmaps, optimized recruiting processes, and created executive-level onboarding programs.
Prior to that, Todd had a distinguished 20-year career at KPMG US, culminating as the National Director of Executive Talent Acquisition – Strategy & Operations. During his tenure, Todd scaled executive recruiting efforts, led strategic human capital planning, and supported the integration of KPMG U.S. and LATAM talent operations. He also spearheaded diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and implemented ATS/CRM platforms for recruitment management.
Earlier in his career, Todd gained experience as an Account Executive at Kelly Workforce Solutions, where he developed expertise in workforce management and recruiting operations.
