Atlanta, Georgia, United States, September 2025 — Tom Laughlin has started a new role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ComplexCare Solutions, a leading provider of member engagement and health information management services for health plan networks across the United States.
Mr. Laughlin has been with ComplexCare Solutions for nearly three years, most recently serving as Vice President, Technology, where he played a pivotal role in leading the technology carveout from parent company Inovalon. His contributions included overseeing cloud migration, establishing global engineering teams, building new digital platforms, and driving enterprise data integration and reporting capabilities.
Earlier, he served as Advisory Board Member at Uneo Health, where he supported the development of the Prosper app to enhance youth and young adult wellness engagement.
Mr. Laughlin also spent over a decade at Inovalon, where he held multiple leadership roles including AVP, Premier Client Services; Principal Advisor; Associate Vice President, Software Engineering; and Senior Director of Technology. During this time, he led cloud-native and big data initiatives, developed enterprise data platforms, and drove innovation through advanced analytics, enterprise architecture, and DevOps culture.
His career began with roles at Catalyst Technologies (later acquired by MedAssurant), Red Prairie, and Catalyst Technologies again as a software engineer and product engineer, giving him a strong foundation in healthcare technology solutions and enterprise-scale platforms.
