Tony Thornley has been named the new Director of Human Resources at Executech. This role underscores his expansive 15-year career across multiple high-profile organizations where he has led significant HR initiatives.
Prior to joining Executech, Thornley served as the Human Resources Manager for HRIS and Compliance at Dentive. During his tenure, he successfully completed an RFP for a new HRIS to accommodate the company’s complex structure, overhauled various HR processes, and led the HR and recruiting teams.
Before Dentive, he was the Regional Manager of HR at Avalon Health Care Group. His responsibilities included managing HR operations across multiple states, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and overseeing labor relations. He played a pivotal role in managing the HR transitions during the ownership change of 12 skilled nursing facilities.
From January 2016 to June 2022, Thornley was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bridge Investment Group LLC. Here, he reduced workers’ compensation claim costs significantly, managed OSHA compliance across over 20 states, and implemented HR information systems to streamline HR operations.
His career has been marked by significant achievements in HR management, policy implementation, and systems integration across various organizations, providing him with a robust foundation for his new role at Executech.
