In her new role, Trini will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, enhancing employee experience, and driving talent initiatives aligned with WHA Insurance’s growth and service excellence.
Prior to joining WHA Insurance, Trini served for nearly six years at PacificSource Health Plans as Payroll & Accounts Payable Team Lead, where she led multi-state payroll processing, HRIS management, and compliance efforts. She was instrumental in streamlining payroll systems and driving audit-ready reporting practices across the organization.
Trini also held a series of impactful roles in earlier years, including HR Manager and Business Operations Associate in limited duration positions, and Payroll Supervisor – Human Resources at Maletis Beverage, where she implemented new HR systems and managed complex payroll across union and non-union workforces. Her experience extends further back to roles at American 1 Credit Union, Oregon State University, and OSU Foundation, where she honed her skills in recruitment, tax law, benefits administration, and HRIS analytics.
