With an impressive career spanning over three decades in information technology and executive leadership, Troy is poised to drive innovation and technological advancement within the semiconductor industry.
Before joining Lam Research, Troy S. served as Chief Information Officer at Neurocrine Biosciences, where he implemented transformative IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. His leadership was instrumental in modernizing the company’s digital infrastructure.

Earlier, he held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Progenity, Inc., where he designed and executed a multi-year digital transformation roadmap, enabling business growth and operational excellence. During his tenure, he managed a high-performing team and established an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
At Teradata Corporation, Troy served as Senior Vice President and CIO, leading enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives. He successfully implemented a digital transformation strategy, achieving significant cost reductions and operational improvements.
Troy’s career also includes a transformative tenure at Illumina, where he served as Head of Global Information Services. He played a critical role in scaling IT operations to support the company’s rapid growth and global expansion, managing projects across multiple continents.
He began his career managing large-scale IT and telecommunications projects at Amgen, showcasing his expertise in infrastructure design and operations management.
