Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Turang Ladhani has been promoted to the role of Associate Vice President at Godrej Industries Group. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue contributing to the organization’s technology, delivery, and business transformation initiatives across the diversified Godrej business ecosystem.
Prior to this elevation, Turang Ladhani served as General Manager at Godrej Industries Group, following his earlier role as Deputy General Manager. Over nearly five years with the Group, he has contributed to operational leadership, delivery excellence, and technology-driven business initiatives supporting organizational growth and transformation.
Before joining Godrej Industries Group, Turang spent more than five years with IBM India as Delivery Project Executive, where he led large-scale program management and service delivery initiatives. During this period, he gained extensive experience in project execution, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and profit maximization across enterprise technology environments.
Earlier, he served as Senior Manager – Head IT and Admin at Bank of India Mutual Fund, where he led IT and administration functions for BOI AXA operations. He also worked with IBM as Delivery Project Manager, focusing on project management and customer experience initiatives.
Turang’s earlier professional journey includes leadership assignments at AXA Technology Services, Dell Technologies, and Foundever (formerly Sitel), where he built strong expertise across IT services, delivery management, operations, and team leadership.
With over two decades of experience across IT services, project management, enterprise operations, and transformation leadership, Turang Ladhani brings strong operational and technology leadership capabilities to his expanded role at Godrej Industries Group.
