Gurgaon, Haryana, India, November 2024 – Ujwala Misra has joined COIM Group as the Head of Human Resources, where she will lead the company’s human capital strategies, drive organizational transformation, and ensure alignment with COIM Group’s global values of innovation and sustainability. With over 15 years of experience in strategic HR management, Ujwala brings a proven track record in building robust HR structures, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent development.
Before joining COIM Group, Ujwala served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Goodricke Group Limited for over seven years. In her role, she adeptly managed human capital strategies and played a pivotal role in succession planning and leadership development within the organization’s consumer division.
Previously, Ujwala spent over eight years at Hector Beverages, where she rose from Associate Manager-HR to HR Manager. Her contributions included setting up HR systems and processes during the company’s scaling phase, establishing HR structures for manufacturing units, and driving employee engagement.
Ujwala began her HR career at Channelplay Limited as an Assistant Manager-Training, where she specialized in soft skills and sales training, as well as process improvement. Her early exposure to training and development laid the foundation for her later success in HR leadership roles.
