Darlington, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Clive Owen LLP has announced the appointment of Urszula White as Head of People and Culture. In this role, she will be responsible for driving the firm’s people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture that supports growth and innovation across the organization.
Urszula joins Clive Owen LLP after more than a decade with Hiscox, where she most recently served as People Delivery Partner, focusing on critical projects such as job architecture, organisational design, workforce planning, and reverse mentoring. Prior to that, she was Head of HR (Maternity Cover) for the London Market business, where she led talent, annual people agenda initiatives, diversity and inclusion, and engagement strategies.
Earlier at Hiscox, Urszula held the role of HR Business Partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business goals, supporting recruitment, engagement, performance management, and succession planning. Her tenure at Hiscox reflects a progressive HR leadership journey marked by impactful contributions to organisational effectiveness.
Before joining Hiscox, she worked at Archbishop Holgate’s School as HR Advisor & Administration Manager, where she managed a team supporting over 100 employees and more than 1,200 students, handling generalist HR responsibilities and employee relations.
