Urvashi’s journey with Yanmar has been one of sustained transformation and strategic impact. Before joining Yanmar, Urvashi co-founded Markenrich Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a management consulting firm where she led business strategy, valuation, and financial advisory projects for over 15 years. She also served as a Partner at Raghu Nath Rai & Co., and as Manager – Consulting at KPMG, where she worked on projects involving business restructuring, process re-engineering, and financial modeling for major Indian and global clients.

Her academic and leadership engagements also include a stint as Assistant Professor at GD Goenka University, where she taught finance and corporate strategy to MBA students, reflecting her commitment to developing future business leaders.
