Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Ushang Sheth has been appointed as the Head of Corporate Communications & PR at HDFC Securities. In his new role, Ushang will spearhead the corporate communications and public relations strategy, focusing on enhancing the organization’s brand, products, and services while driving measurable campaigns that yield tangible results.
Prior to joining HDFC Securities, Ushang Sheth served as Chief Manager – Group Corporate Communications at L&T Finance for approximately 1 year and 5 months. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing and implementing strategic communication and marketing campaigns that supported organizational goals through media relations-driven initiatives.
Before his role at L&T Finance, Ushang was a Director – Banking & Financial Services at Genesis BCW for over a year. In this position, he led a team of 12 PR professionals and managed significant client accounts, contributing to the firm’s reputation and success in the corporate and financial services sectors.
Earlier, Ushang held the position of Associate Director at the same firm for about a year, where he focused on digital campaigns and strategic communications for key clients in the banking and financial services industry.
His career also includes roles as an Account Director and Account Manager at Adfactors PR, where he managed communications for major clients like ICICI Bank and Citi Bank, enhancing their corporate reputations through strategic media interactions and public relations campaigns.
