Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, March 2026 – Vaibhav Bajaj has started a new position as Vice President – Staffing & Talent Solutions at NLB Services, marking a significant step in his leadership journey in the talent and workforce solutions space.
In his new role, Vaibhav will lead strategic initiatives across staffing and talent solutions, focusing on driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering scalable workforce solutions in an increasingly digital and AI-driven talent landscape.
Prior to joining NLB Services, Vaibhav Bajaj served as Director – Business Process Solutions (BPS) at Deloitte, where he contributed to business transformation initiatives and operational excellence across enterprise clients.
Earlier, he spent nearly eight years at AgreeYa Solutions, where he held leadership roles including Vice President and Associate Vice President, driving the domestic staffing business, managing P&L responsibilities, and building end-to-end recruitment and sales operations frameworks.
Before that, he worked with On Demand Agility as Head – Sales India and Vice President – Business Development, where he led growth initiatives, business expansion, and client acquisition strategies.
He also held leadership roles at Enigma Executive Search and Damco Solutions Limited, where he managed recruitment businesses, built profit centers, and led large-scale talent acquisition operations across BFSI, IT, and ITES sectors.
Vaibhav began his career with roles at ABC Consultants, ebusinessware, and Intellicom Contact Centers, building strong expertise in client management, recruitment strategy, and business development.
