In her new role, Vaida will spearhead Businettes’ expansion into the UK, leveraging her expertise in brand management, community development, and strategic planning to establish and grow the largest female founder community across the region.
Vaida brings a wealth of experience in marketing, business strategy, and leadership. Most recently, she served as Head of Brand and Marketing at Shilta Box, where she successfully formulated and launched a gifting brand that achieved a 201% increase in engagement and earned consistent five-star reviews. Her contributions spanned advertising, supplier relations, and content strategy.
Prior to this, Vaida held a contract role as Business Director at PHD, where she led a team managing Experian UK’s media account. She also spent over four years at the7stars as Business Director – Strategic Media Planning & Client Leadership, overseeing multi-million-pound advertising campaigns and improving client satisfaction scores through innovative training and dynamic reporting systems.
Vaida’s earlier career includes notable roles at Manning Gottlieb OMD, where she developed expertise in media strategy, project management, and cross-channel marketing campaigns for high-profile clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Estee Lauder, and Starbucks.
