Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Van Thanh Tuyen has been appointed as the new Deputy Chief People Officer at Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a pivotal role he assumed starting April 2024. Tuyen, who has been with SPS for over five years, expressed his enthusiasm about his new position, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Deputy Chief People Officer at SPS.”

A Steadfast Career at SPS:

Tuyen’s journey at SPS began in April 2013 as a Talent Management Executive, where he honed his skills in talent acquisition and management. Over the years, Tuyen has progressively ascended through the ranks within the company, reflecting his dedication and strategic acumen in human resources. Prior to his current role, he served as the Human Resources Manager from October 2021 to April 2024, where he significantly enhanced employee engagement and learning initiatives in Ho Chi Minh City.

From May 2020 to April 2022, Tuyen led as the Talent Acquisition and Training Leader, instilling robust training programs and developing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that have been crucial in shaping the company’s workforce. His initial roles in the company involved direct leadership and project management, underscoring his versatile skill set in handling complex human resources challenges.

Before joining SPS, Tuyen was a Recruiter at B.E.S.T. Services from March 2011 to January 2013, where he first developed his mentoring skills. This early experience laid the foundation for his later achievements in larger, more complex environments.
