Jen Fults Takes Helm as Global Chief People Officer at Alvarez & Marsal

New York, NY – Jen Fults has officially assumed the role of Global Chief People Officer at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a move that marks a significant step in her distinguished career in human resources and corporate management. Bringing a deep well of experience to her new position, Fults has been part of A&M’s leadership team since December 2022 and has now expanded her responsibilities globally.

Before her tenure at Alvarez & Marsal, Fults held several key positions at KPMG US, culminating in her role as Director of People Strategy from June 2021 to November 2022. Her career at KPMG spanned over 14 years, where she developed expertise in talent strategy and operational leadership. Notably, she served as Chief of Staff – U.S. and Global Strategy Business and People Operations, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction from June 2018 to April 2022.

Her responsibilities at KPMG also included leading national talent acquisition for advanced degrees, innovation, and support services, demonstrating her capability to manage and innovate in complex organizational settings. Fults’ comprehensive approach at KPMG, where she started as a Senior Audit Associate, showcases her progressive climb through the corporate ranks, reflecting a broad and impactful career.
