Prior to joining Dayforce, Veronica served as Senior Director of People Operations & Technology at Opendoor for over a year. In this role, she spearheaded efforts to streamline HR operations, enhance people management technologies, and optimize employee experience, contributing significantly to operational excellence and the company’s growth trajectory.
Before Opendoor, she held the same role at Cohesity for nearly 2 years. Her key focus was on advancing the company’s HR systems, global mobility, and people operations to support a rapidly growing organization. Veronica played a pivotal role in leading technology implementations that supported workforce scaling and process automation.
Veronica also spent 3 years as Senior Director of People Operations & Technology at 8×8, where she managed HR technology systems and global HR operations. She focused on improving HRIS infrastructure and optimizing HR processes, driving greater efficiency and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Her earlier experience includes over 3 years as Director of People Solutions at Integrated Device Technology (IDT), where she led global HR operations, mobility programs, and HR technology transformations. Veronica’s initiatives improved process workflows, enhanced employee experience, and established streamlined operations across various geographies.
