Prior to joining Ferns N Petals, he served as Corporate Manager, Human Resources at ITC Limited for over six years, where he led HR initiatives for Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. His role included driving talent strategy, pre-opening hotel projects, performance management systems, and employer branding. During his tenure, Abhishek successfully implemented strategic HR practices that enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

He demonstrated his ability to manage comprehensive HR activities, lead pre-opening operations, and create impactful team engagement initiatives.

His expertise spans across HR strategy, talent acquisition, employer branding, performance management, and organizational change management, making him a versatile leader adept at driving business objectives through innovative HR practices.
