Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Vibhooti Gupta has been appointed as the Head of Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) for Asia Pacific at Lenovo, where she will oversee strategic compensation frameworks across 13+ dynamic markets. With APAC housing critical growth economies and key subsidiaries, Vibhooti will focus on leveraging total rewards to enhance Lenovo’s talent strategy, ensuring the company continues to attract and retain top talent.
Vibhooti has been with Lenovo for four years, previously leading Talent Management for Asia Pacific, where she spearheaded high-potential leadership programs, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. She played a key role in designing Asia’s first Career Fair at Lenovo and led the launch of an in-house Career Pathing platform, strengthening internal talent mobility and leadership development.
Before her role in Talent Management, she led Learning & Development for APAC, where she managed Lenovo’s flagship sales certification program ASAP 4.0. Her initiatives earned Lenovo industry accolades, including Gold at the Economic Times HR Future Skills Awards, Silver for Best Learning Experience Platform Implementation, and a SHRM India Gold Award for L&D.
Vibhooti’s career spans over a decade, including six years at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo company), where she held multiple HR leadership roles, including HR Business Partner for Sales & GTM, Digital Transformation, and Mobile Business Group. During this period, she successfully integrated Motorola India’s sales team into Lenovo post-acquisition, managing change and optimizing workforce synergy.
Earlier in her career, Vibhooti worked as a Consultant at Headstrong (now Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets), where she was involved in software development for a leading U.S. investment bank. She also holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
