Greater London, England, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Vicky Twibell has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Watson Farley & Williams, where she will lead the firm’s global people strategy, talent agenda, organizational effectiveness and leadership development priorities across its international network of offices spanning Europe, Asia and the United States.
Vicky Twibell joins Watson Farley & Williams following nearly three years as Global Director of HR Business Partnering at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, where she led firmwide HR partnering strategy across international practices and strengthened leadership alignment, performance management and people governance frameworks.
Prior to BCLP, she spent more than seven years at Linklaters, serving as Head of HR – London and earlier as Global Head of HR, Business Teams, driving people strategy across business services and global operational functions during a period of international growth and transformation.
Earlier in her career, Vicky held senior HR leadership roles at Allen & Overy as Head of HR, Global Banking, and at Herbert Smith Freehills as HR Manager, where she supported global banking and legal practice groups with talent management, organizational design and leadership development initiatives.
She began her HR leadership journey with extended tenures at Baker McKenzie as Senior HR Manager, Michael Page as Consultant, and Marks & Spencer as HR Manager, building strong foundations in strategic HR leadership, professional services HR and talent advisory.
