London, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Victoria Horner has joined HelloFresh as Head of People – UK Commercial, bringing with her over two decades of expertise in people and culture leadership across global organizations. In her new role, she will focus on advancing the company’s people agenda, strengthening employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business growth in the UK commercial division.
Prior to this appointment, Victoria served at Treasury Wine Estates for more than four years in multiple leadership capacities, including Head of People and Culture – Employee Experience and Head of People & Culture, EMEA & Asia, where she was instrumental in driving talent strategies across diverse markets.
Earlier, she built a significant part of her career with Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, where she held roles such as Senior HR Business Partner – Commercial and Global HR Business Partner (Talent), supporting organizational development, talent engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.
Victoria began her career in recruitment with Hays, where she worked as a Senior Consultant, establishing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and workforce solutions. Her extensive background across industries and regions positions her well to support HelloFresh’s mission of redefining how people eat worldwide.
