Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, September 2025 — Newington College has welcomed Victoria Park as its new Director of People & Culture. With over two decades of experience spanning leadership consulting, diversity and inclusion, and human resources strategy, Victoria brings a wealth of expertise in shaping people agendas, building inclusive cultures, and driving organizational transformation.
Victoria joins Newington College from Symmetra, where she was part of the executive team as Executive Director, Leadership & Culture Consulting. In this role, she shaped business strategy, evolved service offerings, and embedded impactful people and culture practices to create high-performing, engaged teams. Before that, as Principal Consultant, Leadership & Culture, she led large-scale inclusion and culture transformation projects, equipping leaders to embed respect, inclusivity, and innovation into workplace practices.
Prior to Symmetra, Victoria had a distinguished 19-year career with PwC Australia, where she held multiple leadership roles. As Diversity & Inclusion Director, she focused on embedding organizational change and building equal opportunity practices in one of the country’s leading professional services firms. Earlier, as Human Resources Director for the Deals business, she played a key role in workforce integration during acquisitions, launching signature initiatives such as Women in Deals and resilience workshops, and driving a +39-point increase in People NPS. She also served as Human Resources Manager across Audit, Tax, and Private Clients, where she honed her HR business partnering expertise.
Beyond corporate leadership, Victoria worked as an Executive Coach with Grace Papers, supporting professionals through parental leave transitions, and began her career in recruitment with Robert Walters. Her wide-ranging experience reflects a consistent commitment to enabling people and organizations to thrive.
