Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, October 2025 – Vijay Nanduri has been promoted to Global Head of People & Culture at Bradken, where he will lead the company’s global HR agenda, strengthening its people, culture, and capability strategies across a worldwide footprint.
At Bradken, Vijay has spent over three years driving major organizational transformation. Most recently, he served as Global Manager – Culture and Capability, where he spearheaded leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, and culture transformation initiatives. His work included embedding modern learning systems, integrating LinkedIn Learning, and shaping inclusive development practices across regions. Earlier, as Global Manager: Organisational Capability, he led a comprehensive culture transformation project and established a people analytics function using Power BI to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Before this, Vijay was Global Manager – Learning and Development at Bradken, where he rolled out the company’s three-year L&D roadmap and launched initiatives such as the Behavioural Competency Framework and Individual Development Plans, which gained strong employee engagement. His journey at Bradken began as Training Principal, where he led the implementation of the company’s first global LMS, transitioning from paper-based to blended digital learning.
Earlier in his career, Vijay made a mark at Mulgowie Farming Company as Learning and Development Business Partner, introducing leadership programs, apprenticeship pathways, and digital performance management systems. Prior to this, at Relationships Australia (Qld), he transformed the organization into a digitally enabled learning environment, developing eLearning modules and implementing a competency framework.
Vijay’s career began in India, where he served in HR leadership and learning roles at Massey Ferguson India (TAFE), Adrenalin eSystems Ltd., and TAKE Solutions Ltd., where he gained extensive experience in HRMS implementation, competency frameworks, recruitment, and performance management. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in organizational learning, digital HR solutions, and strategic workforce development.
