Earlier in his career, Vijay made a mark at Mulgowie Farming Company as Learning and Development Business Partner, introducing leadership programs, apprenticeship pathways, and digital performance management systems. Prior to this, at Relationships Australia (Qld), he transformed the organization into a digitally enabled learning environment, developing eLearning modules and implementing a competency framework.

Vijay’s career began in India, where he served in HR leadership and learning roles at Massey Ferguson India (TAFE), Adrenalin eSystems Ltd., and TAKE Solutions Ltd., where he gained extensive experience in HRMS implementation, competency frameworks, recruitment, and performance management.
