Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) has appointed Vikas Agarwal as its Chief Financial Officer. With over three decades of experience in financial strategy, business integration, and corporate planning, Vikas brings a wealth of expertise to the organization. In his new role, he will oversee financial operations, corporate governance, and business optimization to enhance AISATS’ operational efficiency and long-term growth.
Prior to joining AISATS, Vikas Agarwal served as Divisional Vice President, Finance at Air India Limited, where he played a pivotal role in leading the financial integration of AirAsia India and Air India Express. His financial acumen was instrumental in business restructuring, driving profitability, and streamlining financial processes across the group.

Before Air India Limited, Vikas was the Chief Financial Officer at AirAsia India, where he successfully led the business integration of the airline with Air India Express. His leadership enabled seamless collaboration between teams, ensuring efficient financial operations and strategic decision-making to position the company for growth.
His prior tenure includes serving as Vice President & Head of Business Finance at Titan Company Limited, where he played a key role in financial planning, risk management, and business transformation initiatives. Additionally, during his 11-year tenure at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., he contributed to commercial strategy, cost optimization, and financial restructuring, which significantly strengthened the company’s market position.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at SABMiller India, GE Motors India, and Coca-Cola India, where he gained extensive experience in financial strategy, P&L management, and business analytics across various industries.
