Vikram Kasbekar Appointed as Acting CEO of Hero MotoCorp

Gurgaon, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Vikram Kasbekar has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Hero MotoCorp, effective May 1, 2025. With more than two decades of experience in Research & Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering, Vikram brings deep operational expertise to this leadership role. He has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives at Hero MotoCorp and will now lead the company through a pivotal transition.

Before joining Hero MotoCorp, Vikram was Executive President at Birla Copper, Hindalco Industries Ltd., where he led key operational and engineering transformations. His experience at Hindalco Industries, part of the Aditya Birla Group, further strengthened his expertise in large-scale industrial operations and supply chain management.
