Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Vikram Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Growth Officer at Prodapt, bringing with him more than two decades of global leadership across digital transformation, telecom innovation, and large-scale technology programs. In his new role, he will drive strategic growth across the Eurozone and Africa, strengthen Prodapt’s AI-native engineering capabilities, and advance the company’s mission to transform connected enterprises through innovation-led co-creation. His appointment underscores Prodapt’s continued commitment to building future-ready solutions for the global telecom and technology ecosystem.
In his most recent role at Incedo Inc., Mr. Kumar served as Senior Vice President & Business Unit Head – Telecom, where he led one of the company’s fastest-growing business units. Under his leadership, the telecom business expanded 5X, supported by deep digital engineering expertise, AI-led capabilities, and an agile global delivery model. He grew teams by 8X, scaling them to 600+ practitioners across India and the US, and established world-class delivery centers in Hyderabad and Chennai. His work with strategic clients, including Verizon, shaped transformation journeys in analytics, cloud migration, digital channel adoption, and modernization of Network IT and OSS layers.
Prior to this, Mr. Kumar spent more than eight years at IBM, where he held multiple leadership roles across Africa, including Cloud Services Leader – Africa and Lead Account Partner for major telecom groups such as Airtel Africa, Orange West Africa, Safaricom, and Vodacom. He led multi-country engagements across 17 African nations, overseeing teams of more than 1,000 professionals and managing large-scale managed services, digital transformation initiatives, and ERP modernization programs. His work contributed to significant market penetration, local skill development, and strategic partnerships across the continent.
Earlier in his career, he served as Regional Director – South East Asia & Global Alliances at Clarity, where he built the company’s presence across South and Southeast Asia, forged strategic alliances with global system integrators, and delivered OSS transformation programs for Tier-1 telecom service providers. His leadership strengthened Clarity’s brand visibility across the region, while enabling the company to win major end-to-end OSS contracts.
Mr. Kumar began his career at CSG (formerly Intec), where he served as Country Manager – India, establishing the company’s footprint across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. He led customer engagement, sales, delivery, and service operations, driving BSS transformations across leading telecom service providers and positioning the company as a strong regional player. His academic foundation includes a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and MBA studies at the Queensland University of Technology.
