Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Accor has announced the appointment of Vinay Narang as Director Marketing & Communications Consultant for India and South Asia. In this role, Vinay will lead brand communication strategies, media relations, and marketing initiatives, strengthening Accor’s position in the hospitality sector. With over two decades of experience in corporate communications, public relations, branding, and digital marketing, she brings a diverse skill set that aligns with Accor’s vision of delivering transformative guest experiences and expanding its regional influence.
Before joining Accor, Vinay served as Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts (Louvre Hotels Group), where she played a key role in brand positioning, public relations, and integrated marketing strategies. Her expertise in media engagement and reputation management contributed to strengthening Sarovar Hotels’ market presence.

Previously, she worked as Senior General Manager – Corporate Communications & Public Relations at Experion Developers and Group Head of Communications at AT Capital Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, where she managed high-profile real estate and investment portfolios. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Corporate Communications – South West Asia at IHG Hotels & Resorts, overseeing PR and brand communications across key markets. Her tenure at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La New Delhi, and Hyatt Regency Delhi further solidified her reputation in luxury and business hospitality marketing.
Vinay holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from the New York Institute of Technology, equipping her with strategic insights into global branding and communications. At Accor, she will focus on elevating marketing strategies, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and driving impactful brand narratives across India and South Asia. Her appointment underscores Accor’s commitment to innovation, guest engagement, and brand excellence in the hospitality industry.
