New Delhi, Delhi, India, July 2025 – Viplov Suman has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Ardanuy Ingeniería S.A., marking a significant leadership milestone in his longstanding journey with the organization. In her new role, Viplov will spearhead the company’s people strategy across its India operations, focusing on talent development, HR transformation, culture building, and aligning people practices with Ardanuy’s global growth ambitions.
Viplov has been a part of Ardanuy Ingeniería S.A. for over 15 years, most recently serving as Asian Coordinator – Pre Sales (Infrastructure), where she managed business development, client engagement, cost control, financial forecasting, and strategic proposal management across major infrastructure projects in the region. Her deep understanding of the business, coupled with her leadership in managing multi-country client relationships, positions her well to now lead the people and culture mandate for the organization.
Earlier in her career, Viplov worked as a Marketing Executive at Montane Comunicacion, a sister concern of Ardanuy Ingeniería, where she played a key role in driving brand visibility, organizing international events such as the International Rail Forum 2010, and strengthening strategic partnerships between India and Spain.
She also held the role of Marketing Executive at Westernhouse Commercial Pvt Ltd, where she led product launches and marketing campaigns for signage solutions for leading corporates like HPCL, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and MGF Malls. Her experience across marketing, operations, and client service has shaped her multifaceted business perspective.
Viplov holds an MBA in Marketing from Kurukshetra University (JMIT College Radaur), and is recognized for her strengths in organizational planning, human capital management, and operational strategy.
