New Delhi, Delhi, India, December 2025 — The National HRD Network (NHRDN), India’s largest professional body of Human Resources practitioners, has announced the election of Vir Bharat as Secretary of the NHRDN Delhi & NCR Chapter for the 2025–2027 term. His appointment was formalised at the recently held baton-handover ceremony of the chapter, marking the beginning of a new leadership cycle focused on learning, collaboration, and impact.
The new Executive Committee of the Delhi & NCR Chapter will be led by President Salil Lal, Vice President Dr. Pradyumna Pandey, Secretary Vir Bharat, and Treasurer Dheeraj Modi. Together, this leadership team has been entrusted with the mandate to strengthen the chapter’s legacy while steering it towards a more technology-enabled, future-ready HR ecosystem.

Professionally, Vir Bharat brings over two decades of rich HR experience. He continues to serve as Head HR Business Partner at Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (YMSLI), the Global Capability Center (GCC) of Yamaha Motor Group Japan, where he has been instrumental in driving HR transformation, workforce growth, and digital HR initiatives that align people strategy with global business ambitions. His broader career spans progressive HR roles focused on transformation, talent management, digitalization, and governance across diverse organisational contexts.
