Ann will lead Nostra’s people strategy, focusing on fostering talent and supporting the company’s growth by enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Before joining Nostra, Ann held the role of Vice President of People at TrueAero, where she drove HR strategy and operations, including onboarding, executive management, and continuous process improvement. Her efforts supported the company’s mission within the aviation sector, and she played a key role in strengthening team leadership and organizational effectiveness in a remote work environment.
Previously, Ann served as Human Resources Director at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. During her tenure, she led HR initiatives aligned with total rewards strategies, internal communications, and budget management. Her expertise in HR strategy and contract negotiation was instrumental in aligning the company’s people initiatives with its business goals, especially within the aerospace and aviation sectors.
Ann’s experience also includes nearly a decade with AWAS as HR Manager, where she oversaw strategic HR functions during significant organizational changes, including relocations and structural revamps. Her work involved establishing a new people strategy to support business growth and integrating operations in line with industry shifts.
