In his new role, Michael will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the firm, driving growth and innovation to maintain its market leadership in providing high-quality real-time data solutions for capital markets trading.
Michael Adelman joins S3 Partners with a decade of experience at EquiLend, where he served as Controller. During his tenure, he was instrumental in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance in the highly regulated financial services industry.

Prior to EquiLend, Michael spent over three years as a Senior Associate at PwC, where he gained extensive experience in auditing and advisory services for financial institutions. This role honed his expertise in financial reporting and risk assessment.
Earlier in his career, Michael interned at IBM, where he collaborated on implementing SAP general ledger strategies and tested financial reporting tools, contributing to improved efficiency in global financial operations. He also gained experience as an Accounting Intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where he managed accounts receivable and financial reporting for the firm’s clients.
