Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil has joined Aprecomm as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where she will lead the global people strategy, talent transformation, and organizational development agenda for the company’s next phase of growth.
With over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil brings deep expertise in HR strategy, operations, talent management, and organizational transformation across global markets. Most recently, she served as Global CHRO at Nexusnow.ai, where she led HR initiatives across India, the US, Europe, and APAC regions.
Prior to that, she spent close to five years as Head HR at ALTEN India, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening HR operations, building performance management systems, driving employee experience programs, and enabling leadership hiring strategies aligned with business growth.
Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Prime Focus Technologies, Max New York Life Insurance, and Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, building strong capabilities in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance across diverse industries and geographies.
Her extensive experience also includes international exposure with Triangle Communications, where she led talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.
In her new role at Aprecomm, Sapna will focus on building a future-ready workforce, strengthening organizational culture, and aligning people strategies with the company’s AI-driven innovation roadmap.
