Singapore, July 2026 — Ally Logistic Property (ALP) has appointed Annie Lim as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a significant addition to the company’s executive leadership team. In her new role, Annie will partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to strengthen leadership, talent, and organizational capabilities as ALP advances its next phase of growth and prepares for its IPO journey. She will also play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performing culture while driving people strategies that support sustainable business expansion across Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Ally Logistic Property, Annie served as Head of Human Resources (Global) at Lonza, where she led the global HR function and partnered with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. She was responsible for developing and executing global HR initiatives, leading organizational transformation, talent development, employee performance, compliance, and change management programs that enabled business growth across international operations.
Earlier, Annie was Vice President & Global Head of Human Resources at Hummingbird Bioscience, where she partnered directly with the CEO and senior management to drive the organization’s global people agenda. During this period, she also served as an Adjunct Associate Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). Before that, she held the role of APJ Head – Talent Development & Diversity Outreach at Citrix, leading regional initiatives focused on leadership development, diversity, inclusion, employer branding, and talent capability across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.
Annie also built an extensive leadership career with Sanofi, where she held multiple regional HR leadership positions, including Global Lead – Head of Diversity & Inclusion APAC, Regional Talent Management Lead – HRBP Consumer Healthcare, and Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Transformation (APAC). She previously served as Regional Director – Talent Management & HR Business Partner (AsiaJPAC) at Pall Life Sciences and spent more than five years with Adecco, leading talent management, professional staffing, global business operations, and HR transformation across Greater China. Her career also includes leadership roles with Lee Hecht Harrison, SIM University (UniSIM), Esprit, Adecco Singapore, and GSK, giving her more than three decades of diverse experience across life sciences, technology, education, logistics, retail, and professional services.
With over 30 years of global HR leadership experience, Annie has established a distinguished track record in executive partnering, organizational transformation, leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, workforce transformation, and culture building. Her appointment reflects Ally Logistic Property’s commitment to building world-class leadership capabilities as it continues expanding its logistics platform and prepares for its next stage of corporate growth.
