Rikki Dolsey Ingram joins Real Good Foods from Tyson Foods, where she served as Head of Marketing, Fresh Beef and Pork for over two years. She was responsible for driving multichannel marketing strategies targeted at B2B and B2C audiences, significantly increasing the value of Tyson’s fresh meats portfolio.

Prior to Tyson, Rikki spent over a decade at Smithfield Foods, holding leadership roles including Senior Director of Marketing for Farmer John, Farmland, Nathan’s Famous, and Eckrich Smoked Sausage. During her tenure, she directed brand strategies for a $700 million retail portfolio, optimized product lines, and led digital commerce strategies that resulted in year-over-year sales growth.
Earlier in her career at Smithfield Foods, Rikki spearheaded go-to-market strategies for a $1 billion retail portfolio, leveraging consumer insights to implement innovative initiatives. She also introduced the Stage Gate Methodology, increasing speed-to-market by 40%. Her leadership journey began at Smithfield as an intern, progressing through roles such as Assistant Business Manager and Brand Manager.
