London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Catherine Mooney has joined Bovis as the new Chief People Officer, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience across the construction, infrastructure, and consulting sectors. In her new role, Catherine will spearhead people strategy and organizational development as Bovis continues to grow its reputation as a leader in sustainable construction and complex project delivery.
Before joining Bovis, Catherine served as Lead Strategic Business Partner at Lendlease, where she partnered closely with business leaders to drive engagement, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness across major UK operations. Her tenure at Lendlease also included earlier roles as Talent & Resourcing Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager, showcasing her deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle, talent development, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to this, Catherine held several senior HR roles at Skanska, including Head of Recruitment and Senior HR Business Partner, where she played a pivotal role in designing and executing recruitment strategies and employee engagement programs. Her earlier career also includes experience as an HR Consultant and extensive work in resourcing and organizational development across multiple business units.
With a strategic mindset and a people-first philosophy, Catherine’s appointment underscores Bovis’s commitment to cultivating a high-performance culture that aligns with its purpose-driven mission and long-term vision.
