Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2024 – Vishruta Mattu has taken on a new role as Vice President Human Resources at Genpact. In this capacity, Vishruta will oversee HR strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement.
Vishruta Mattu has been with Genpact for over nine years. Prior to her promotion, she served as the AVP – HR Generalist for Fortune 500 Consumer Goods Clients, engaging 4400 employees globally and managing a team of 7 HR managers. In this role, she oversaw HR operations, engaged with clients across EU, Africa, and the Americas, and delivered programs on virtual culture propagation, hiring processes, performance incentives, and retention practices.
Before that, Vishruta was the Assistant Vice President, Leadership Development, Engagement, Integration & Succession at Genpact, where she led global leadership programs, managed engagement initiatives for remote employees, and was responsible for performance management, engagement, and retention for Vice Presidents globally. She also designed a flagship leadership development program for building cognitive diversity and driving change management.
Earlier in her career at Genpact, she was the Senior Manager – Organization & Staffing, Human Resources, where she formulated overall talent strategy, designed a leadership development program, and managed internal staffing for mid to senior level leadership. She also handled campus recruitment and employee engagement.
Prior Experience: Before joining Genpact, Vishruta worked at The HR Company – India as a Practice Manager – Capability Building, leading projects on action learning coaching, researching content for leadership development conferences, and managing talent search for management positions. She also served as a Business Analyst at Bain & Company, where she assessed market potential for the aerospace industry and conducted analysis for the World Wide Employee Survey.
