Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2024 – Neeru Pardasani has taken on a new role as Vice President Human Resources at Genpact. In this capacity, Neeru will oversee HR strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement.
Neeru Pardasani has been with Genpact for over nine years. Prior to her promotion, she served as the Assistant Vice President (HR Lead BFSI), where she was responsible for overseeing HR operations for multiple Fortune 500 FMCG businesses, engaging 4400 employees globally, and managing a team of 7 HR managers. She engaged directly with clients across EU, Africa, and the Americas and delivered programs on virtual culture propagation, hiring processes, performance incentives, and retention practices.
Before that, Neeru was the Sr Manager (HR Lead Australia) BFSI at Genpact, where she was responsible for resource management for Business Financial Services – Analytics, building a comprehensive and sustainable resource management framework, and evolving demand and supply planning and forecasting. She also played a crucial role as the HR Manager, FSA Genpact, managing a team of 550+ Analytics team members and overseeing recruitment strategy, C&B management, performance management, and employee engagement and retention.
Prior Experience: Before joining Genpact, Neeru worked as an Assistant Manager HR at OSC, where she was involved in managing HR operations and policies. She also served as an Assoc Business Partner HR Generalist at Target, managing talent management, employee engagement, and facilitating talent development for a span of 500 team members. Her earlier roles include Senior Executive HR Generalist and Executive HR Generalist at Target, where she managed HR processes, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
