Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Vivek Das has joined Madison World as Chief Digital Officer, where he will lead the group’s digital transformation charter, shaping the future of integrated media solutions with AI-first planning and digital-first thinking. In this strategic leadership role, Vivek will oversee the Digital P&L across Madison Digital and Madison Loop, driving growth, tech modernization, and solution innovation across the network. His appointment reflects Madison’s continued commitment to building advanced, outcomes-driven digital capabilities for brands across industries.
Vivek brings over two decades of experience in digital marketing, integrated media, and transformation. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner at EssenceMediacom, where he led Media Futures Group across India and South-East Asia for Google, delivering strategic, creative, and data-driven brand outcomes. He collaborated across WPP and GroupM networks to drive large-scale business impact through unified advertising and experience strategies.
Prior to that, Vivek was Chief Executive Officer at FoxyMoron, part of Zoo Media, where he helped evolve the independent network into a globally-aligned creative and digital ecosystem. He led P&L ownership, drove international expansion efforts, and laid the blueprint for future-ready agency operating models focused on design-led thinking and delivery excellence.
Earlier, at Mindshare, Vivek played a pivotal role across several leadership mandates, driving transformation and digital acceleration across key client portfolios including Disney Star, PepsiCo, Godrej Consumer Products, Ferrero, Sanofi, and global technology brands. He led practices across digital strategy, data, analytics, and martech, strengthening capability systems for one of the region’s largest integrated media networks.
In previous roles across Omnicom Media Group, Wunderman, and Webchutney, Vivek shaped digital strategy and capability development for category-defining brands, working across automotive, consumer goods, telecom, technology, and entertainment portfolios. Beyond his corporate journey, he continues to serve as a mentor and coach to LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals, as well as early-stage founders, reflecting a leadership approach grounded in empathy, advocacy, and purpose-driven impact.
