New Delhi, India, September 2025 – Vivek Jindal, Director & CEO of Uno Minda Limited, has been appointed as Chairperson of ACMA India’s Business Development, Startups & Strategic Partnerships Pillar. In this new role, he will focus on enhancing ACMA India’s engagement across OEMs, the aftermarket, and the rapidly evolving electric vehicle ecosystem, while driving supply chain excellence and fostering collaborations with the startup community in mobility.
With a career spanning over two decades, Jindal has played a pivotal role in Uno Minda’s growth trajectory. He has spearheaded global acquisitions such as CLARTON HORNs in Spain and Mexico and has led initiatives in alternate fuels and electric vehicle technologies. His leadership has positioned Uno Minda as a forward-looking company ready to capitalize on the transformation of the mobility landscape.
Alongside his responsibilities at Uno Minda, Jindal also serves as Managing Director of Minda Westport Technologies Ltd and Minda Onkyo India Pvt Ltd, while holding board-level responsibilities at Clarton Horn. His longstanding association with ACMA includes serving as an Executive Committee Member and as Chairman of ACMA’s Northern Region, where he has been actively involved in shaping industry strategies.
An alumnus of IIT Delhi, the Katz Graduate School of Business, and Harvard Business School, Jindal brings academic rigor and global exposure to his leadership journey. His active participation in leadership networks such as YPO and EO Delhi further underscores his commitment to innovation, strategic partnerships, and collaborative leadership.
Jindal’s appointment at ACMA India marks a significant step in strengthening the association’s role in advancing India’s automotive component industry on a global scale.
