Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 – Vkalp Gupta has started his new position as Country Lead at JustCo, marking a strategic leadership move in India’s evolving flexible workspace ecosystem.
Prior to joining JustCo, Vkalp served as Assistant Vice President – Revenue at CoWrks, where he played a key role in strategic planning and business relationship management, contributing to revenue growth and strengthening enterprise partnerships across markets.
Before transitioning into the flexible workspace sector, Vkalp built a distinguished career in hospitality leadership. He served as Director of Sales & Marketing at The St. Regis Mumbai and earlier held the same role at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. During his tenure at JW Marriott Bengaluru, he led sales and marketing functions, drove revenue strategy, mentored high-performing teams, and was recognized as “DOSM of the Year – South Zone” at the Indian Hospitality Awards by BW Hotelier.
His earlier roles with Sheraton Bangalore at Brigade Gateway, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, and VCI Hospitality further strengthened his expertise in strategic account management, pre-opening sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue acceleration across corporate and MICE segments.
In his new role at JustCo, Vkalp will lead the India strategy, driving growth, partnerships, and expansion as the organization strengthens its footprint in the dynamic coworking and flexible workspace market.
