Salt Lake City, Utah, June 2024 – William Webster has been appointed as the new Vice President of Human Resources at Valin Corporation.
William Webster has been with Valin Corporation for approximately six and a half years. Before his new role, he served as the Human Resources Director for about four years. In this role, he was responsible for supporting corporate strategy and execution in people operations, focusing on performance management, compensation & benefits strategies, learning & development, and talent acquisition & management.
Prior to becoming HR Director, William was the HR Manager at Valin Corporation for around two and a half years, where he managed various HR functions including compliance, recruiting, employee relations, safety, and training.
Before joining Valin Corporation, William worked at Periscope, powered by mdf commerce as an HR Manager for approximately two and a half years, where he was involved in strategic HR initiatives and talent acquisition.
William also held the role of Area Human Resources Manager at ASIG for about eight months, overseeing HR operations across multiple states including Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, and Utah. His responsibilities included compliance, recruiting, employee relations, safety, and training.
At Clyde Companies, Inc., William worked for over six years in various HR roles. He started as a Human Resources Specialist for about two years before being promoted to HR Manager, a role he held for four years. He was responsible for employee benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, compensation, and training.
Earlier in his career, William worked at OneGreatFamily.com as an Operations Manager for approximately two years, where he coordinated HR activities, managed customer service departments, and assisted in employee benefit negotiations.
