Irvine, Calif., United States, September 2025 — WNC Inc., a national leader in affordable housing investment, is pleased to announce the promotion of Anil Advani to Executive Vice President – Syndications. In his expanded role, Mr. Advani will now also oversee the company’s Underwriting department, in addition to Originations.
Mr. Advani has nearly 30 years of experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry from both consulting and syndications perspectives. He joined WNC in 2011 and has most recently served managing WNC’s Originations team. Prior to WNC, he worked for a tax credit syndicator and two national accounting firms specializing in the LIHTC sector. Mr. Advani holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from American University.
